How many guests you plan to invite? More guests will need transport arranging if you are planning two or more locations; you might find it less expensive and more convenient to hold everything in one place.
Do you want a formal reception with a sit down meal or would you prefer a buffet style (Meze)? Do you want this outside or inside? – consider the time of year, as it can be uncomfortable eating outside in very hot weather.
